Frequently asked questions

Processing Time

All our jewelry is handmade one by one, not like mass-factory production jewelry. The oldest orders will be done first, and the latest will be put into the line. Processing time depends on our current workload.

If you have a specific date that you need an order by, contact us anytime. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

 

Re-sizing

If you have ordered a ring in the wrong size, we will re-size it for you at the starting cost of $7.50 per ring. The cost will depend on the difference between the ordered size and the desired size as well as the type of ring that needs resizing. Some rings may need to be re-made completely; please contact us. 
For example, if a ring is ordered in size 6 but is desired in size 8, the ring would have to be re-made as the size difference is too big to stretch. The maximum a ring can be stretched is half a size larger.

If a ring is a 7, the ring can be cut and re-sized to any size lower than a 7.

- Return shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
- Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivery date.

 

Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and has a unique style. If for any reason you have an issue with your item(s), Please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. (if you ordered a ring that is the wrong size, please see our re-sizing policies).

Exchanges or a refund will only be given if the item arrives damaged, as all items are handmade just for you.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original delivery date. The item must be returned in its original condition unless it arrived damaged.

 

Mother Daughter rings

If there are no pull-down options to leave your ring size at, please leave a message in the checkout "Notes to seller" (ex. Mother: US 8, Daughter: US 6 ). You can order any size for your child's ring. Many people order the child's ring in an adult size.

Sizing details

If you do not know your ring size, proceed to get sized at a local jeweler, sizing service, or craft shop (where a ring sizing tool will be available to use without purchase).

Also, if you don't know your US ring size, contact me to convert your area's size to a US size! 
We will make any sizing specific to 1/4 of a size!

 

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 

Estimated shipping times

 

Canada: 3-10 business days

North America: 1-6 weeks

Europe: 1-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2-6 weeks

Asia Pacific: 2-6 weeks

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-10 weeks

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept any cancellations 24 hrs after an order has been placed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders including rings made in a specific size etc. Our items are handmade and are not mass-produced.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
